Most people are under the impression that a Divorce Decree protects their credit. That cannot be further from the truth. In fact, most Creditors are not made aware of the Divorce Decree until the bill has gone unpaid for several months. Even if they were aware of it, did you know that Creditors can come after you if a debt goes unpaid….regardless of what the Divorce Decree says?

We take pride in helping you to protect your existing credit and show you how to build your own positive credit moving forward.

Dispute Center

While some may lead you to believe that disputing inaccurate information on your credit report is an easy task, it is not. Disputing the inaccurate information can be simple but getting the results you are looking for is another story. Most consumers truly believe that if there is something inaccurate in your credit report, you can dispute the information and the Credit Bureaus must remove it within 30 days. While that sounds good, it’s a rare occurrence.

Even though the information is inaccurate, that doesn’t always mean it will change on your report. There is a correct way and an incorrect way to dispute questionable information on your credit report. For the most part, this becomes a game of persistence.

There are many ways to dispute information but which way is best suited for your situation? This is where our expertise is needed the most. The dispute only begins with the Credit Bureaus. The Credit Bureaus have to then contact the Creditor and ask for proof that the information they provided the Credit Bureaus is accurate. Creditors do not generate revenue by having its employees search for information regarding your account. In fact, my own personal dispute with a creditor came back “verified” on an account listed on my credit report that was opened in 1971. Why does the year matter so much? I was born into this world in 1973! How is it possible that a creditor can verify a negative account listed on my credit since before I was born? The bottom line is that the system is flawed and consumers are paying for it BIG TIME!

We believe that the Credit Bureaus are inundated with disputes from the many small credit repair companies that will challenge every negative item on your report. While it is your right to ask for verification, we are committed to concentrating on the information on your credit report that you feel is questionable, inaccurate and/or incomplete. Our results are astounding!!!
